Madame Valérie est une super locatrice! La chambre est fortement recommandée. Tout est très propre et madame Valérie vous équipe de tout ce que dont vous avez besoin. Elle est toujours là pour répondre aux questions et donner des conseils. L’endroit est très bien connecté et sécurisé; parfait si vous travaillez/commutez à Genève chaque jour.

Mon séjour chez Valérie a été merveilleux ! L'accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Tout était propre et conforme à la description, et Valérie était fiable et rapide à réagir en cas de problème. Une expérience que je recommanderais sans hésiter !

Valérie est une super hôte. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et relativement proche de la gare. L'appartement est confortable et propre avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et le recommande à tous les futurs locataires.

Velérie est une personne très attentive. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme et à proximité de plusieurs établissements, et l'appartement est très bien équipé et bien entretenu. Une très bonne expérience.

Valérie's place is a nice place to stay in Annemasse. Relatively close to bus stops and supermarkets, it's fairly well located. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is clean. Adequate for short stays and for youngsters (<25). Recommended.

Valerie is a great host, friendly and always ready to help. The apartment and the bedroom are really nice! Highly recommended!!!

Je suis chez Valérie depuis 2 ans maintenant. Valérie est à l'écoute des demandes de ses locataires, et est toujours diligente quand on a besoin de paperasseries administratives. Appartement neuf et propre. L immeuble est bien entretenu.

Très bon séjour à Annemasse dans le studio de Valérie. Le studio est confortable, spacieux, très bien équipé et proche de toutes commodités: magasins, centre ville et gare. Le train vous emmène dans le centre de Genève en un clin d'oeil. Valérie est très sympa et toujours disponible. Je recommande avec grand plaisir!

Valérie m'a très bien accueillie. Elle est réactive et il est agréable de pouvoir partager le plaisir de la lecture.

Chambre sympa et vraiment propre... j’ai apprécié l’accueil de Valérie et sa transparence. En particulier j’ai aimé le fait qu’elle cherche à prendre des locataires qui ont grossomodo le même âge et style de vie pour que tout se passe bien! En faite on s’entendait bien avec les colocataires. Valérie a été très disponible du premier contact et m’a donné un grand coup de main en répondant à mes nombreuses questions!

Chambre située en bordure d'une voie à grande circulation. Heureusement le confinement et le couvre feu ont été les alliés d'un séjour très convenable. Les colocataires sont rigoureusement choisis par Valérie pour leur éducation et leur discrétion.

L appartement est tres propre et bien equipe. Valerie a ete tres rapide et efficace pour toute la partie administrative et entree dans l appartement Tres proche de Geneve via Tram ou train

The studio was great! Valerie was a very friendly and patient host. It's also conveniently located in Annemasse close to the necessities and city center.

Mauvaise expérience avec la propriétaire malgré la colocation plutôt propre mais très mal située (loin des transports en commun et du centre d'Annemasse)

I stayed at Valérie's during my 3 months internship in Geneva. The apartment was well equipped and clean, also Valérie came over to bring a clean set of sheets every month. She was a great host, always answering my questions quickly and when I had some problems with my workplace and had to reschedule my stay, she was very flexible. When I was working long days in Geneva the distance sometimes felt too long since during rush hour it sometimes took me 1,5 hours to commute from work to the apartment. I did not like Annemasse very much, there is not much to do and it is not a beautiful city. Also, being a young woman I found it disturbing that I have never experienced that much catcalling and harrassment than I did in Annemasse. I did not feel that unsafe but uncomfortable walking around. But all in all Valérie's apartment is a good choice for someone who wishes to find a more affordable accommodation near Geneva. It had everything I needed (cooking equipment, laundry machine etc.) and there were grocery stores near the apartment. So even though I found the commuting to Geneva quite tiring due to my long working hours, I would still recommend Valéries place, especially for a more short-term stay. And when the tramline to Geneva is ready it should be more convenient to go to Geneva.

Le logement chez Valérie était excellent, proche de Genève, et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires à portée de main: transport, magasins etc.. Valérie est de plus toujours à disposition s'il y a un souci et elle se mintre très prévenante. En somme un très bon séjour!

Valerie is very kind, friendly and reliable. She is always available if you need help and will even bring you fresh bed linens once a month. The apartment is fully equipped and Valerie makes sure that it is kept very clean. There are supermarkets and bakeries close-by. Annemasse is a bit far from Geneva, but you can save quite a considerable amount of money on housing and grocery shopping and you can still get there by bike (35 minutes, 45 to the UN) or bus (60 minutes, 75 to the UN). Besides, there will soon be a connection by tram and train as well, which will make the trip faster and more convenient. The only downside of this apartment is that according to information that I have from my flatmate overnight visits are officially not allowed, which makes visits by friends and family difficult and expensive. Anyway, apart from that I would fully recommend staying at Valerie’s place. I would stay there again and am thankful for the nice treatment I received during my stay.

Really a comfortable place in such a good location, relatively central to pretty much everything. Valerie is great and very helpful whenever you have any questions or need anything. She tries to ensure that the people sharing the appartment with you are similar in age to you and that you all could get along. I have very much enjoyed staying with 3 different guys and had no problems. The view is actually quite nice and you can get some nice fresh air and light when you open the windows and shutters.Would definitely recommend it for a young working professional or a young person looking for somewhere to stay for a long holiday.

Really a nice place in such a good location, very central to pretty much everything. Valerie is great and very helpful whenever you have any questions or need anything. I did not have any problems while I stayed here for just under 3 weeks and I really enjoyed it (and it was my first time staying by myself, having to cook, clean and do laundry).

I highly recommend this place! Beautiful studio flat with mountain view, spacious and nicely decorated apartment for all your needs, good location, amazing hospitality. Landlady was available any time to help with flat issues or any other concerns. The best experience ever :)
